Launch Minecraft Java Edition, go to Multiplayer → Add Server, and enter mc.leaf-host.org as the server address. Hit Save, then Join Server.
Unlike vanilla servers that run everything on a single thread, Folia splits independent map regions across separate CPU threads. High player counts no longer cause server-wide TPS drops — each region ticks independently at full speed.
